I live in Seattle. This blog is much about the things I do, places I visit, people I’m with, things I’ve seen. I have a few good friends and a boyfriend. I enjoy skiing, rowing and other outdoor activities. Once in a while I would step into the kitchen and make a mess.
Blogs that I enjoy following include:
- The Pioneer Woman: Ms. Ree Drummond writes about everything from cooking, photography, life, to homeschooling. She’s a live one! http://thepioneerwoman.com/
- Dan Ariely: Dan Ariely is one of the pioneering behavioral economists (a subject I find very intriguing and love reading about). He wrote Predictably Irrational and The Upside of Irrationality; I read and love both of them. He keeps a blog at http://danariely.com/
- Freakonomics: Speaking of behavioral economics books, I also enjoy Freakonomics, Superfreakonomics, Why smart people make big money mistakes. I try to follow the Freakonomics authors on the NY Times blog. http://freakonomics.blogs.nytimes.com/
- Kkz Ski Blog: In the winter it’s great to read frequent ski reports in addition to weather forecast, snow record and web cams. Kkz plays at Crystal Mountain (WA). I’m grateful for authentic review of snow condition so I don’t ended up in a dry and icy mountain on a precious weekend. http://web.me.com/snowind/Winter/Kkz_Ski_Blog/Kkz_Ski_Blog.html
